My name is Lucia. I come from Spain. I live in Sangüesa.

I am eleven years old. My birthday is on September 11th.
I have got three sisters. My sisters' names are Esther, Marina and Isabel. My mother´s name is Beatriz and my father´s name is Jose Mari.
Isabel is older than me.
I speak Spanish, English and Basque. I study in Luis Gil Primary School. My favourite subjets are Art and P.E.
My favourite sport is basketball and my favourite team is Cantolagua. I like football, but I don`t play it and my favourite football teams are Madrid and Osasuna.
I don´t like vegetables but I love pasta and ice-cream. I play the flute and the recorder.
My favourite TV programmes are The Simsons and La Voz.
My favourite group of music is La Oreja de Van Gogh.


In my free time I read books. I love animals. On holidays I go to Salou with my family.
When I am older I want to be a doctor.

How to make 'Pizadillas with red sauce'

INGREDIENTS:2058_image.jpg
  • 4 whole-wheat tortillas (8 inches)
  • 2/3 cup fresh or frozen spinach, finely chopped
  • 2/3 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Cooking spray

UTENSILS:
  • A 10- to 12-inch skillet
  • Thin spatula (metal preferred)

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Lay 2 tortillas on a flat surface. Divide spinach and cheese between the tortillas.
  2. Top with remaining 2 tortillas.
  3. Place skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat pan with cooking spray.
  4. Gently slide 1 pizzadilla into the pan and cook until light golden brown on one side (about 1-2 minutes).
  5. Using a thin spatula, gently flip over the pizzadilla and cook for 30-60 seconds more or until cheese is fully melted.
  6. Remove pizzadilla and cut into triangles. Repeat with remaining pizzadilla.
  7. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
  8. You can wrap and refrigerate leftovers to take to school for lunch.

On Saturday, I went to Pamplona. I had a snack in a café. I ate with my cousins in my grandparents' house. I played in the park with my cousins. I went to La Morea and I watched a good film. I didn't go bowling, but I bought some clothes. I had a very good time.
On Sunday I went to church. I played with my friends in the park. I didn't visit my grandmother.
